S07/E28: Patrick Cortesi, Chair of the Democratic Party, McLean County, Illinois

The Democratic National Convention just concluded in Chicago, Illinois. It was nothing short of amazing. It was upbeat and positive as Democrats made their case to the American people. Compared to the snoozefest that was the Republican Convention in Wisconsin, Democrats outlined their plans for Immigration Reform, expanding Healthcare, protecting Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, and fighting for Women and the marginalized in society, among other things.  

When you speak of patriotism, there is nobody that fits the description better than tonight's special guest. We are thrilled to have Mr. Patrick Cortesi. He is the Chairman of the McLean County Democratic Party and DNC delegate to the recently concluded Democratic National Convention. We will discus many topics affecting McLean County and America on a whole. As Chairman, Mr. Cortesi brings vim, vigor and vitality to the Democrats in the state of Illinois. He oversees its activities, coordinates campaigns, and work to advance the party's goals within the county. Mr. Cortesi is known for his commitment to fostering community engagement and promoting progressive policies at the local level. His leadership involves not only strategic planning and organization but also building relationships with voters and other political stakeholders in McLean County. His leadership is a breath of fresh air as he reaches out to everyone, regardless of political affiliation. This is exactly the type of solid leadership America needs.
